Do you accept returns?

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders. 
Ready-to-ship items are able to be returned within 14 days at buyer's cost for a refund minus shipping fees as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. 

Warranty

I offer a lifetime warranty on all of my cloth diapers. If any of my elastics or snaps come off, please contact me. 
I will need a photo of the diaper and the missing or damaged snap or elastic. I will repair it at no cost to you except for shipping to and from my workshop. 

I will offer a limited warranty on clothing or other items depending on the item, the condition, and the need of repairs. This is completely up to my discretion.

Which countries do you ship to?

I currently ship to USA only, but can calculate shipping  costs to other countries as needed for custom orders.
Buyers will be responsible for any foreign taxes and fees.

Payment and Cancellations

I accept most forms of payment including local cash, checks with proper ID, Venmo, Paypal, and credit. I also offer some bartering locally. 


I do have to charge Ohio state sales tax. 

I do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of payment. Please message me before then if you need to cancel an order.
Some amendments can be made after purchase within reason, like choosing an alternative closure type as long as it does not affect pricing. Price increases from changes after payment will be given another invoice. Price decreases after payment will not be refunded and will be considered gratuity. 

There are no cancellations, returns or refunds at all on custom orders after payment. Please be sure to include any detail you wish very specifically so the order is completely understood by both parties. I am excellent with communication and answer messages promptly. 

Some of my wait times are longer than Paypal's refund policy. Please note that if you order and don't get an item before that time that you should not file a claim unnecessarily. If you are uncomfortable with the wait time, please message me for alternatives along with rush item fees. I have never failed to ship an item to the buyer. My feedback is excellent, and I prefer to keep it that way and avoid cases that are filed without reason.
